1. Scope of Electronic Consent

By checking the E-Consent box and submitting a loan request on themoneylift.com, you agree to receive all disclosures, notices, loan agreements, payment schedules, and communications electronically under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

2. Electronic Delivery Method

Disclosures and agreements will be provided to you electronically via email sent to your registered address or displayed directly on screen during the online application process.

3. Hardware & Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you must have access to:

  • A device with internet connection (PC, Smartphone, Tablet).
  • A modern web browser supporting 256-bit SSL encryption.
  • A valid email account and software capable of displaying HTML and PDF documents.

4. Withdrawing E-Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic notices at any time without fee by emailing support@themoneylift.com. However, withdrawing consent prior to loan completion may prevent lenders from processing your request.
